1. Information we collect
The calculators and guides on the bymay website can be used without an account, and we do not collect personal information such as names or contact details on our servers.
- Calculator inputs: values you enter, such as prices and costs, and your “saved products” list are stored only in your browser’s local storage and are never sent to bymay’s servers. You can delete them at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.
- Visit statistics: we may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to improve the service. It aggregates anonymous statistics such as pages visited, referrers and browser types, and does not use cookies that identify you.
- Server access logs: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process access records such as IP addresses under its own policies for security and operations.
- Email enquiries: if you email us, we keep your email address and message for as long as needed to answer you.
2. Purpose of use
Information is used only to answer enquiries, improve the service and analyse statistics. It is never used for other purposes or sold or provided to third parties.
3. Retention and deletion
Email enquiries are deleted without delay once handled, unless a law requires us to keep them for a set period. Calculation records stored in your browser can be deleted by you directly.
