What Naver Smart Store takes
- Order management fee: The cost of Naver Pay processing: 1.98 to 3.63% by sales tier, also charged on shipping.
- Sales fee: 2.73% when customers come from Naver Shopping search, 0.91% through your own marketing link, plus 10% VAT.
- Old 2% integration fee: Abolished in June 2025, so older guides may calculate differently.

What is the total Smart Store fee?
About 5% for small businesses selling through Naver Shopping, about 6.6% for new or general sellers, and about 3 to 4.6% through your own marketing link.
How is the payout calculated?
What the customer paid minus the order management fee and the sales fee. It is the “Expected payout” in the result.
Where do I get my marketing link?
It is a seller link issued in the Smart Store Center. Using it on Instagram or a blog lowers the sales fee.
